WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH
Rui Navarro, founder and lead trainer
Rui Navarro is the founder and lead trainer behind TYR Protection Dogs, and the founder of Elite Boerboels. He has more than 25 years of hands-on experience with dogs and has bred, trained and placed hundreds of dogs with clients around the world.
Together with his wife Sandra, Rui raises and develops every dog in a real home environment, so the dogs are calm with children and daily family life, and still ready to respond when a real threat appears.
As a partner, you deal with Rui directly. He speaks with your client personally, helps choose the right dog, and takes care of the handover and international delivery.
WHO WE ARE
TYR Protection Dogs trains fully finished personal and family protection dogs with Rui Navarro’s Real Defense Protocol. Real protection, not sport dogs adapted for the job. Our dogs live with families: stable with children, guests and other animals, neutral in public, and decisive when there is a real threat. They engage on command, and they stop on command.

PARTNER TERMS
TYR Protection Dogs | Referral Partner Agreement
Parties. The Wagging Way LLC, doing business as TYR Protection Dogs, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“TYR”) and the partner named in the application (“Partner”).
1. Purpose. Partner may introduce prospective buyers (“Clients”) for TYR protection dogs. Partner is an independent referrer, not an agent or employee of TYR, and may not sign, quote prices or make promises on TYR’s behalf.
2. Qualifying referral. A referral qualifies when the Client (a) arrives through Partner’s referral link/code, or (b) is introduced by Partner to TYR in writing (email to info@tyrprotectiondogs.com) before the Client’s first contact with TYR. Clients already in contact with TYR do not qualify. In case of doubt, TYR’s records decide.
3. Commission. 15% of the dog’s purchase price actually paid by the Client, excluding shipping, travel, taxes, insurance and extra services.
4. Payment. TYR pays the commission within 7 days after the Client has paid the full purchase price, by bank transfer to the account Partner provides. Partner is responsible for its own taxes. If a sale is cancelled and refunded, any commission paid for it is returned to TYR.
5. Conduct. Partner will describe TYR accurately, will not make guarantees about a dog’s behaviour, and will comply with applicable laws (including anti-spam and privacy rules) when promoting TYR. TYR may provide approved materials (films, kit).
6. Confidentiality. Both parties keep Client information confidential and use it only for the referral.
7. Term. Either party may end this agreement at any time by email. Commissions for qualifying referrals made before termination remain payable under section 4 for 12 months.
8. Liability. Each party is responsible for its own acts. TYR’s obligations to the Client are governed by TYR’s own sale agreement with the Client.
9. Law. The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA; courts of Wyoming.
